Spotter Showcase is a major industry event that brings together top creators, industry leaders, and stakeholders in the creator economy. As a comprehensive showcase featuring multiple talk tracks and experiential elements, the event serves as a platform for thought leadership, networking, and unveiling new initiatives in the creator space.
Scope of work
- Led entire marketing production process from concept to execution within a 1.5-month timeline
- Developed new brand look and motion style guide for the event
- Created experiential designs and on-stage video content
- Produced materials supporting 10 different talk tracks
- Managed leadership reviews, talent reviews, and technical rehearsals
- Coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
