The Spotter rebrand was a comprehensive initiative to reposition the company as a premium destination for top creators in the competitive creator economy landscape. This strategic transformation involved updating all brand touchpoints, from digital presence to physical spaces, while establishing new brand pillars and missions that reflected Spotter's evolution and elevated market position.
Scope of work
  • Led cross-functional project management across internal teams and external agency partners
  • Managed rebrand budget, including forecasting, tracking, and vendor payments
  • Oversaw campaign planning and execution for brand rollout across digital, event, and sales channels
  • Coordinated internal stakeholder and executive leadership reviews for alignment and approvals
  • Directed agency workflow and deliverables, ensuring brand strategy and creative aligned with goals
  • Launched a secure brand portal to enable scalable sharing of brand assets internally and externally
  • Planned and executed brand rollout, including internal adoption, asset distribution, and training
